- Shahzada Nisar Jilani is son of Sh. Gholam Jilani who worked with 15 Governors of Bangal (East Pakistan), now Bangladesh, tells us how he escaped a mob during unrest there. Yes Iam being one of the ardent worker of Pakistan people’s party agree with what Shahzada sahib said about Shahzada Iftikhar-u-din, No doubt Shahzada Iftikharudin is the only and only honest, sincere, visionary, humble and down to earth leader of Chitral, as once Nelson Mandela said that the politicians are those who think for the next election and leaders are those who think for the next generation. Similarly Shahzada Iftikharudin always thinks for the better and larger interest of the people of Chitral and never thinks for his vested interest.

Sir I want to correct you it was 1995.. Chitral wins maqbool miki was captain .after that 1996,1998, 2001,2002 ,2003 gilgit wins again..
Than main reason behind chitral domination in polo was..chitral scout players and down district horses...
Before 1995 there were chitral SCOUTS players but they never won district polo cup. Most of the time mastuj sub division won. The difference was the introduction of young players who worked hard and we all supported them but no horse was brought from down country
