    23:12 and there's people who want to return to that system...where companies can charge you for health care that doesn't cover procreation. That's just plain sick. I'm a libertarian but we have to face up to the facts that we will never have a free market health care system in the US the way it's set up now. We either continue down the path of socialized medicine like our system already attempts (very poorly, with price controls like large groups negotiating drug prices) or we throw it all out and create health accounts like they have in Hong Kong. This would initally hurt the elderly and sick, poor people the most, initially...which would need a fair resolution. I don't think our political class had the guts to make those kinds of changes...so bring on Medicare for All.

      When a libertarian realizes through reason, that some things are better dealt with by the for service government than the for profit market (assuming like you said, that the government officials have the guts for it), is when the elephant in the room has gotten so big it's bursting through the freaking ceiling.

    As long as people want to be 9bese, fat, court type2, smoke 9n oxygen etc. then they should Pay. If you refuse to work towards wellness and healrh, and I do, then you pay.
