Cooking is my passion. I hate the clean up but as I've grown as a person the more willing I am to deal with monotony. If you're young, just push through bc as you get older you'll find that sometimes you are on your own. If you are on your own you need to eat. Eat something good! Stay safe and reply if you want some recipes for a single person! Quan slurps his food bc to him its a compliment to the chef. If he cooked it and it's good he deserves a good loud slurp. My favorite food is ramen, but there is a phõ shop next door so I'll have to try it

The video is really good, but it's not the same without Quang saying what seasoning he's using along with the directions. Still will try this one though... Keep it up Quang. Should try something from Belize soon...

You got it right Quang about pastas in restos. I never order pasta them even if they're my fave in the world because you can finish them in 3 bites (you two bites). I cook them at home and they're just as good if not, even better. The best thing is it's twice the amount.

Looks so good! They put corn starch in the meats to tenderize it also.
corn starch also helps to keep the outside kinda crisp as well, seals in juices
