Isn’t is amazing how differently things work out when both parties deal with one another in a respectful manner.
Exactly....why make life difficult for one another....
Seen so many videos of these people saying “I know my laws” and “I don’t have to give you my name” rubbish so it was refreshing to see someone just cooperate, say this is who I am and get on with your day
@@mash3519 too many audit videos being rude and complicated for 30 mins , just be polite and comply police be out ya way in a few mins.
I completely agree with being polite to each other, and we do have one of the best police forces in the world. But do not equate this situation to people in the street. No UK auditors, argue in a traffic stop, as our traffic laws don’t allow it. UK videos where people are refusing to ID themselves, are legitimate cases of police overstepping the mark and abusing their authority. If this goes unchallenged, you will see how quickly we return to the type of policing that was prevalent when I grew up.
Absolutely bang on well said to may know it alls
I always find shouting “You’ll never take me alive copper!” and wheel spinning off helps calm plod down....

And what did you do wrong in a free country...? Ah Nothing
Hanging around the PM’s estate, taking photos, with no ID and riding a bike you don’t own. 🤣 Could only happen to you, mate.
Those officers are probably used to it, papparazzi probably hang around there all the time.
considering you can be arrested in the UK for possession of a spoon... nah, could happen to anyone.

Two ideal examples of British cops. Polite and professional and they tailored their responses perfectly to the situation, and as MF was polite and helpful towards them everything was cleared up nicely.
Good job.
@Siward Beorn Actually I've checked, the driveway entrance is not public property just as I suspected.
I don’t. They don’t have any powers. It’s his right to film what he wants.

I thought your innocent questions (polite conversation) were also hilariously exactly not things to ask: “the last time I was casing the joint, there were police everywhere”, “do you expect many here for Trumps visit?”, “is Trump here, when does he arrive?”. Haha

Quick tip when dealing with armed police that not many people know about.
All you do is reach for their weapon, this is a sign that you are not a threat. Works every time.
That was a bad set of circumstances together. I'm glad they were able to let you go. They seemed Very Very nice. I go through some license checks from time to time here in the USA ,don't have any issues here either. Nice Law enforcement officials looking for those who cause problems. All of our Police officers are armed here ,no big deal ( I'm armed too and with my proper paperwork for my firearm).
Good to see Mr & Mrs Plod doing their job keeping those errant bikers in line ! I email myself copies of important papers etc, that way I can find them if I don't have my wallet or phone, cheers :-)

Hello again Missenden Flyer, just made me laugh that this came on after I had watched your London video. We now have 2 things in common, both from Gt Missenden and both been stopped and searched while taking pictures around Chequers!
👍 Great respect for our Police.
When he asked where are you going next - you should have said '' GCHQ for a photo shoot''.
😂
This guy got stopped by police filming at GCHQ just a few days ago czcams.com/video/NnIe_rkLdbw/video.html
Too funny, loved the part where you told him where you wind it up a bit. He got a kick out of that, well done!
Not surprised there are accidents on that road. There’s always gravel on the bends.
A mate was lucky to get his car back in one piece from near there once. His sons ‘borrowed’ his car but ran out of petrol. Ended up having to abandon it and hide in the bushes until one of their mates turned up with a jerry can. Not an ideal place to do that sort of thing!
You should have dropped Teapotone into the conversation, or maybe not!
Your Rozzers are very polite, I do agree that your attitude to them determines how they respond to you.
Porridge for dinner 😁
I have to own up it was me. I rang 999 saying there was someone acting suspiciously like a CZcams blogger by chequers...maybe the line wasn't that clear...
The key to this all ending well was that the Police officers were friendly. If they start off friendly then they are far less likely to get someone's back up. The moment they start off with the "What are you doing here? We think you're a criminal" approach that's when people respond badly and it just escalates. They should use this video for training Police officers.
you're delusional. they were fishing for information and waiting for him to talk himself into trouble
@@OffbeatRefrigerator So what? All good Police officers will fish for information, it's literally their job to do that! That doesn't mean they weren't friendly. This video proves my point. It doesn't mean I'm "delusional" for pointing out that their friendly style is a more effective one than that of an inquisitor..
Yeah, it's effective with people who don't know better like the author of the video. My point is they are not your friends and are always trying to incriminate you. I cringed throughout the whole thing and had to stop when he let them look through his pictures. Absolutely pathetic.
@@OffbeatRefrigerator The Police officer asked to see the photos because clearly the property is a high category location from a National Security perspective. The officer was verifying the veracity of the biker's claims / statements. You are the kind of person who would be the first to criticise the Police if they didn't bother to check the legitimacy of a claim and something bad happened as a result. By the way - "Friendly" doesn't mean "Your friend" - it's a style which is non-threatening and, in this case, it resulted in a very pleasant exchange. It's people like you who prefer to make things difficult for no reason. And don't try denying it - you're doing it on this thread.
That’s a common situation. Once, I was abroad for a professional meeting and I did lost my wallet and it brought me a lot of difficulties at the time. Since then I made the digitalization of all my documents and now I lock the originals in the safe.👌🏻
This has to be your best video of 2019...so far 😂. When asked for your license, you should have said 007 😉

Good thing you didn't tell them you had a pilot's licence. Left home in Cambridgeshire and realised I was not going to make my mate's place without filling up then realised I had just pocket change as my licence was in another jacket. Luckily managed to register my card on my iPhone while at the station. When I had a top box always tucked £20 away in case
Nice one Mr Flyer.....decent police also....we tend to forget in this country that they are performing a stressful job under difficult circumstances and are an easy target when they don’t necessarily get it right....mutual civility goes a long way 👍
100% agreed
Has she phoned yet? Ha ha. 2-4-1 Wednesdays at the flicks 😜
You can create albums in your iPhone and put docs in one album, I find it useful to have docs on photos. Thanks for all your trouble you go to.
Watching this in Lock down here in the UK
Stay safe everyone.
That was a good stop... police officers were great.
I got pulled years ago, being a bit of an idiot in my Robin reliant, she asked a lot of questions and even made sure the car belonged to me, she was considering nicking me until she said " why, did you do this " I replied " because I am a fkng idiot " she said " I am glad you said that, now behave and enjoy the rest of your day" :).
Forgotten about strange UK laws. Over here in the 'States you must always carry licence, Insurance card, and a Title Card (I've forgotten what the proper name of this is but it confirms the owner of the vehicle). If you don't have two out of three of these on you the vehicle is towed and you are left by the side of the road. Best, Pete.
She is checking me out👌. I always take my driving licence when on the bike.
Normal countries: Driving licence please.
UK: Can I see you Facebook?
:0)
2:35 That was my favourite moment!😂
Plod is all over 24/7 - I have a friend who lives on the edge of Ellesborough, Buckinghamshire and if you travel off the Aylesbury Road (A4010) along Cadsden Road to The Plough at Cadsden, you can look down in to Chequers. When the freeloaders are in residence Plod puts snipers out in in the bushes. If you use certain types of lights the sights on their guns fluoresce.
Last place you want to get caught after having one to many as Plod stops anything that moves on wheels.
Here in the States...no license on you and also a proof of insurance....gets you a ticket(s) on the spot. Sometimes they are even more harsh with motorcycle riders. Glad you ran into a couple of nice ones.
In the UK there's no legal requirement to carry any documentation. If you get stopped you have 7 days to produce your documents at the Police station.
@@davidholden2658 Interesting. And good for you guys.

Polite and friendly British police. Quite a contrast to here in the USA!
British police are totally useless!
They come across as nice because they have no power lol
In the U.S. you would have had the cops pull a gun on him, body searched him, and dare not say one wrong thing or else.
Yeah you get more respect normally as a citizen , Having lived in the USA the police just want to show you how John Wayne they are .
D Rat yet they still put their life at risk to save your sorry ass from terrorist and knife attacks with nothing but Barton’s and tasers. Just so some respect mate
@fifthof you're sad!
You’re very polite, good job, here in the states the police 9 out of 10 times would just write you a ticket and they wouldn’t at be interested to look at your phone. Totally different here. Sometimes in small towns it’s better because everyone knows everyone. 👍
Many years ago ( 1974) we had to pass a test before we could ride two up ..... I'm shamed that 4 days before I passed the test I was riding two up with a girl that loved me and my RD250 .... I got waved down in the middle of town by police..... I shouted to her make out you're ill ........ Bless her... as I came to a stop she shouted " I have horrible period pains" and they just waved me on....
Nice one!!
They seemed very nice about it.
Strange how govt deems we don't need firearms when they are protected by agents WITH firearms..
Frank Keller well they are protecting high target buildings and any way it isn’t really that hard because any one can access the dark web and get next day delivery on a firearm so in reality there’s still a high firearms risk in the uk and the only way for police to take control of criminals with firearms is with firearms and these are not agents these are armed officers which every police force but do you really believe the government all the time because the police and crime commissioner is calling for the government to allow all officers to at least carry guns and in the month of October london had more firearm related deaths than New York City
Lovely bike, and what a lovely clear camera as well. Wish mine was that good.
All the best
Duncan.
Cheers Duncan....
It’s good to see that you were helpful and not purposely making difficult for police to do their job like half of CZcams! Fair play to you 👍🏼
Cheers DP - I had no idea the great British public were so anti-cooperating with the Police!!

Good old Blighty! Armed cops but no power trip ego. If a similar situation occurred in the U. S., TMF would have been pinned to the ground by six cops with another six standing by, weapons drawn.
Few years back I was riding a solo loop of GB. Id come over from Northern Ireland and when I was riding in Cornwall I noticed I was being tailed by a bike cop. My first reaction was shit what have I done wrong but he didn't pull me over just stayed behind me for quite a while so I decided to pull up at a petrol station to let him ride on. Well he pulled up beside me and introduced himself. Said he'd noticed my NI plates and asked me loads of questions about the Irish Road racing scene. He was chuffed when I told him I was from Joey Dunlops home town and drank in Joey bar and that I lived 10 mins away from the North West circuit. Decent guy 😂.

Steve Marshall in the US they man in the street usually asks if it’s ok to reach for his ID or the guns come out thank goodness our armed cops have a great deal more common sense
Great interactions. But no picture to prove who you were ...it's unfortunate for them but I didn't think it was necessary. The bike wasn't reported stolen, there was no outstanding issues against the details you gave. Possibly a dispatch email notification with your name address would have even sufficed.... I can see why some civilians get short and impatient. But well handled regardless. Enjoyed this vid!

Amazing how much kit the police have to wear, the police were very nice I got pulled over once and the officer apologized because he read my plate wrong and thought it might be a stolen vehicle and then stepped out and stopped the highway traffic so I could exit safely. @flip inheck If that is private land, and he does not have the landowner's permission, it is still not a crime. Trespassing is a civil matter.

Liam Wood when riding a bike that doesn’t belong to you with no ID after taking photos of the prime ministers weekend home when talking to the two cops out of a 1000 that carry guns in the uk? Probably not the best time to argue your right to privacy 😂

As a former Brit, but now US, I find it amazing how y'all can be out on the road without license, registration, proof of insurance and vehicle ownership. They each take up no space and avoid a lot
of hassles if/when stopped for any reason. Be safe out there, did she call yet? :-)
...still waiting....
The cops have ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) now so they can see before they stop you if the vehicle is registered to you, you are taxed, insured etc
UK (EU) Driving licenses now have photo ID so they can ID you via the PNC and match your face with the one on your license
You are required to produce these items but not carry them with you (a stolen car with these documents in it can "pass off" as the legal owner) usually you are issued a form called a HORT1 which gives you 7 days to produce the documents at a convenient police station
@@motovlogger3978 Thanks for that information. Sounds like a good tool for the cops to know if there might be an issue/s before they approach the subject. I carry all my docs in my wallet, as well as on my phone. Nothing to hide, minimal checking and or delay if stopped. Be safe!
