I feel the same way when I was going to work. I'd always have a book in my bag and I'd listen to an audiobook on the way. Then when I got to work, I'd pause my audiobook and then pull the book from my bag. Needless to say there's a reason why in the last few years I've been able to squeeze at least 30 books in per year
@@eileensmiller8041 yes! I work at a doggy daycare. One of the activities planned for the babes are story time. Don't ask me why there's a story time for dogs lol. But, instead of reading the children books they have there I'd always bring my own. I think the dogs liked my taste better anyway.
I litterally chose my pants for their large pockets, able to fit a book. Even though the fashion is way passed, I'm still wearing cargo pants like a 2003 skater because those secondary pockets are the perfect fit for a book. Secondary funfact: I once bought a summer short in the "hunting" section of a sporting equipement shop, because I realised their large extra-ammo pockets were a good fit for books.
This is TOTALLY ME!!!! except i don't work because of serious health issues. but i'm a COMPLETE Book Nerd!!!! i recently went B&N and bought like 12 new books!!! In my master bedroom I have five bookshelves against one entire wall, i have my own personal library. its a collection that took years to build but I'm still building it more and more!!! I LOVE LOVE reading, any moment i have to spare which is a A LOT i read I LOVE B&N its my Favorite Bookstore, i would live in there if i could!!!
Go on any meeting website or social media, posting a picture of yourself reading, then put "reading" in your interest. You will find people pretending, but you'll also receive notices from people who are actual bookworms.
Fantasising about women reading books is quite relatable, but you forgot the opposite effect: You spot a cute girl reading a book, you start fantasising about her, and only then, you realise she's reading some cheap romance or something from an author you specifically despise... And that cute girl instantly became generic and forgettable. Happened to me several times in Paris subway.
Does anybody else feel naked or as if something is missing without having a book on them?
manybalby I was walking into a museum with a book and my dad asked me why it’s not like I’m going to read it I said I feel off without it

I know this feeling, but at least I work in a library, so my bank account doesn't suffer... At least, not that much.
Someone please tell me what I need to do to meet my future book nerd husband?
Well aren't you a debby downer XD

I'm very guilty of not finishing all the books I buy from B&N. I'm currently reading three at once and about to start a fourth.
Happened all the time. I couldn't find any videos that are more accurate than this 😂😂
When I’m moving from class to class in school I always have a book on me, I always try to read at any extra time I have.
