That's incredible! And I was constantly thinking : if everyone is supposed to be quiet, why don't you shut up as well.. 😊 What an extraordinary talent.
MUCH RESPECT! Looks like we need to improve the human interface of the app - the re-orienting on the keyboard to press the enter key is a speed killer! As for the typing, I used to type that way and just organically learned to type as a by product of living at a keyboard - don't even worry about it! Good Stuff! I couldn't copy ANY of the code at that speed.
Yes, Ianis (YO8YNS) misunderstood the question, he was refering of his reveiving "testing speed" not "transmiting speed". His training speed, he tested back home was 1186 (aprox. 240wpm). His transmiting speed is arround 32 WPM, but continuously improving, and we have to keep in mind that he is a growing boy and we need to keep up with the bones and muscles. I hope I gave you an answer to your question. 73 de YO8SLC !

It's painful listening to him keep babbling. 😂
I know, right?
I was there at that CW OPS dinner and I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it in person. AMAZING

Is there another video of Ianis available?
All I hear is "weee" "wooo", here I am struggling at 18WPM
impressive - has he also been tested on different length words? He said he sends at 1186 cpm (??). Probably misunderstood the question.
