1) Is there any provisions to be made (separate wiring) for new construction house to install the unit?
2) Is there any particular UPS to be purchased or can I use the UPS which is already there?
3) What happens if there is a problem of short circuit? Or UPS problem?.

i have called and enquired,, for 3KW, its not 65k/1kw. its almost 1 lakh/1kw. so total almost 3lakhs for 3kw. please share complete information.

Hi, thanks for the information,
lets assume I've purchased hybrid Solar system started using it, lets calculate,
you have not informed about the hybrid price, lets say it may be charged around 6,00,000
if i am getting electric bill of Rs. 2000 from home appliances,
If I've electric car charging 100Rs per day so another 3000,
Total 5000 my electricity bill,
so 5000X12= 60,000, so in order to get 6 L back I have to wait for 10 years,
and I will be selling 100 Unit per month from that 400 Rs BESCOM will be giving it back, that will be around 50,000
instead of investing in this, if we Invest in a proper mode, lets say SIP, or any long term Equity shares. that will become double or some times, 3/4 times of the investment

@@sp7685 descoms stopped giving net meter calibration,you have to make calibration privately which costs 50k . This is situation in hescom,don't know about others. I have contacted one installer for ongrid installation for my home,but he warned me regarding these issues

Apartments go for ongrid solar for common areas generally
You do not need to have a big system. I have seen in some European countries where panels are added in balcony and they feed that into the grid/house. I have also seen a person do it in a city I think its in Mumbai. I do not want it connected to my main power supply. Just keep a battery with a power generator which can power a few items parallel to main supply. This can help reduce electricity bill by a good number of units since people are working from home.

Can you suggest an off grid system for a flat in apartment? Probably run a laptop, TV and few lights? A 200 to 300 W system with a backup of 6 hours
Get a 2KV or 3KV Offgrid solar UPS, which will give around 1600W - 2400W. From that you can remove some of the efficency and consider 1400W - 2100W. Considering 300W load, you can get around 4.5Hours - 7Hours of backup. Decreasing the load will increase the backup time.

He is giving Wrong information about MNRE subsidy.. Monoperc panels are allowed under subsidy. It has to be DCR panels. Vendors need to get empanelled and meet the quality requirements.. The vendors who don't have empanellment " MISGUIDE" with wrong info.. Other technical details are OK.
