How to diagnose / replace pressure sensor / F75 with good pressure / on a Vaillant Eco tec boiler step by step
This video is for GAS SAFE ENGINEERS only, always follow manufacturer instructions.
Before to start any work on gas appliance isolate the power, turn off the gas and the waters.
Pressure sensor is faulty because there is 1.5bar pressure on the boiler and the boiler is giving F75 fault code
1. Download manual

2. Remove front cover
3. Isolate the flow and return valves
4. Drain the boiler
5. Leave open the drain point
6. Remove side panel
7. Remove air inlet pipe
8. After the boiler is drained remove pressure sensor clip and electrical connection
9. Remove and replace pressure sensor
10. Close the drain valve and open the flow and return valves
11. Re-pressurise the heating system till 1 - 1.5 bar.
