Hey man I love what you're doing showing the beauty of Johannesburg I work in Johannesburg CBD and always thought it was degrading but I appreciate you for showing of the jewels of Joburg and that Jobyrg is not dead I spent a lot of time on CZcams but you're the only guy I've subscribed too, and I gotta say the Harley Quinn and Joker penthouse is unique and has so much character, keep doing the great job my man

Johannesburg is such a beautiful city, only if the Munipality could tighten its hand on by-laws to enable SAns citizens to experience safe functional world class City again.

The Franklin Loft Apartment 1512 is a modern, self-catering apartment located in the Franklin building in Johannesburg. These apartments offer style and spacious comfort in a private, scenic setting.
This loft apartment can accommodate 2 guests and comprises a double bed, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a bath and a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a Nespresso coffee machine and tea-making facilities; a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 2 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a Bluetooth sound system, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Access to high-speed Wi-Fi is also available.
Other amenities and facilities include 24-hour security, secure underground parking, a spacious and well-kitted gym, a Jacuzzi, and a concierge on site to attend to guest queries and requests.

Thank you for sharing all of this I have watched heaps of your other videos on Braamfontein, Hilbrow etc and was hoping to see this building come by :) . I have a very deep love for the JHB CBD, more than any other city in the world and I get quite emotional watching your videos as I have so many memories on those streets. I used to walk these streets as a teenager, I spent days just strolling through the CBD soaking up the vibe. It was such a magical, powerfull and bustling place with its beautiful mix of old and new architecture. I went to the movies just around the corner from the Franklin, loved browsing through the expensive shops under the Carlton center and gawking at the amazing art collection in the Joubert Park museum.
I was actually looking into buying an apartment in this building back in 2003 when they just started with the idea of remodelling it, I then saw the freshly redone corner house too. For me this is an especially nostalgic building. Not so much for the architecture, but because my father worked there for many years when he was with EY, this was their head office and as a young child I saw this building being built. I'm glad to see the project finally took off, but also glad I did not invest in it back then as it has taken a very long time for this dream of rebuilding the CBD to come to a point where it might just be feasible.
I wish with all my heart that this place can return to the beautiful vibrant city it once was. Thank you again!

Been watching YOUR videos for a while now, especially enjoy the ones around Joburg CBD. Joburg gets a bad rap and in some parts deservedly so. But thanks to you for showing Joburg and what is happening and all those involved in restoring Joburg inner city I certainly will be taking my family for a Inner city tour. Love your content and appreciate how you showcase the unknown beauty of the Jhb city. One rip thought, your camera movement is not doing it for me. You move your camera very quickly that it literally gives me a headache to watch. Maybe try and move slower so that viewers and take in and appreciate the beauty. Im often not able to finish a video because of this

Beautiful apartment but Is the financial district safe? I booked one of the apartment in 2019 but wasn’t sure about safety so I cancelled and booked a nice 2 bed condo in sandton and stayed for 15 days. It was very safe and never once felt unsafe close to sandton mall. I’m definitely coming back soon. I really had a great time in joburg
