Nice to see you give a shoutout to Mark's channel and band, Steve! Great albums you showed! Good to see Shadows Fall, Iced Earth, Machine Head, Hatebreed, and Slipknot. A lot of those bands I grew up listening to when I was a teen back in the early to mid 2000's.

Aquila sounds cool. Good idea for a video, people don't show this stuff much. I really like the first Machine Head but never connected with the second one. The first three Slipknots are fun too. The connection of the music with your son takes it to another level. Cheers Steve!

Not gonna lie, man. I love me some Shadows Fall. Especially, The War Within and The Art of Balance. Also, that Fallout From the War compilation. Threads of Life has some great tracks as well. Surrounded by Thieves by High on Fire fuckin' rules. That's my favorite release of theirs. Blessed Black Wings is awesome as well. After that... meh. As for the other stuff you showed, not into those bands/albums, but I respect that you don't a fuck what people think of 'em! Fantastic video, Steve!

The first Machine Head album is called Burn My Eyes. Im surprised you don't like that. It's a banger top to bottom.

Lamb of God - As the Palaces Burn, favorite LoG album hands down
Bleeding Through-This is love, this is murderous..pretty catchy tunes, not gonna lie-- would definitely call 'guilty pleasure' 😅
Hatebreed- Under The Knife & Satisfaction is the death of desire....first 2 albums, some of their best songs are on these...worse production but only adds to the charm 👌
Converge- Jane Doe...*really* got me out of my comfort zone...
I need to get another copy of that Carnage Jane Doe. Unearth is awesome but I have nothing by them. That bleeding through you mentioned is the only one a don't have but I have listened to it several times and like it a lot.

Awesome video Steve!! Aquila sounds amazing in the background, my kind of Metalcore!! Sounds like it came straight from the mid 2000's, I'll definitely check them out. I discovered the New Wave of American Heavy Metal in my late teens and i love it!! Still got plenty of bands to check out.
I love that Shadows Fall album, one Simon sent me and it's amazing! I like that Machine Head album, but for me, they've done better. Need to check out some Hatebreed and Burn The Preist, love Lamb of God but haven't listened to Burn The Preist. The S/T Slipknot album has some decent songs on it, not my favourite though I just don't get the hype around it. Cool to see Great southern trendkill, great album. Love Ascendancy by Trivium, it's awesome! Though I equally love Shogun too, just flawless albums. I have one Bleeding Through album, again from Simon. Need to listen to them more. Some cool honourable mentons too, awesome video! 😊🤘🏻🤘🏻

I love that era of Metalcore! Ahh ok that's fair enough, I know Burn The Preist is a little different compared to Lamb of God. But I am interested to see what it sounds like. Ah nice that's awesome, I think I would enjoy Hatebreed. I've just never listened to them yet, I think they're more Hardcore inspired Metalcore. I'll definitely check out some of their albums.
