    Although this is 'old' ( 5 years ago), it was new and relevent and very 'now' for me today. A life changing view of suffering, n I was listening as in a 'hell hole"!! , His faithfulness and to know God WILL deliver us but also wants to involve us in His work through prayer. So many new-to-me ways of God and so thought provoking. God wants us alongside Himself in the driving seat through prayer, to hope (know) of his answering based on His faithfulness. Wow!
    Thank you and may you know God's peace, His walking beside you and with you totally in the 'chaos' of life.

    Thank you Pastor. In recent my studies I have learned a definition of Hope that has stuck with me. That definition is "eager expectation". Thank you for giving me the opportunity to sit at your feet, God has used you greatly in my education and sanctification. To God be the glory.

    WOW WOW WOW, this is such a good sermon!! After all the suffering I went through on all different levels. I don't think God did let any hair of mine not being under the magnifying glass, and still, I'm just not through. This sermon for example will mean many hours on my knees to sort out the wheat from the chaff in me. And then not to speak what I will have to do with the revelation and my break through. God never allows these cleansings to be only applicable to me. Then the big job starts of testing my obedience and often take me into paths which others don't like because I need to live God's revelation. and that bring great suffering. The evil one and his demons principalities and powers hate it when we live Jesus Christ. So in essence, after listening to this, if we sign up to have a personal relationship with God, I think it's safe to say we sign up for suffering and persecutions.. Bod Bless!!! I thank God daily for preachers who are still putting God first before man!! Thank God!! Blessings.

    wow. that was an eye opener! I have always heard that God doesn't give us more than we can bear. after hearing your teaching I think people get confused with the other thing that God gives us a way out of temptations we can't conquer ourselves. much appreciated the edification from this great teaching. thank you for always making scripture clear and relevant

    Thank you for addressing teh verse that God (allegedly) doesn't gives us more than we can bear- I often felt so left alone when soemone said that to me and notr only that, the desperation even raised and I often felt its a comfortable but unhelpful reaction

    But what about those who are godless? Why do they seem to not suffer even as we as believers understand we can’t do this without god but yet suffer the most? :(

    1 corinthians 10:13. Is this not true ? Talks about not bearing more then you can handle
    "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” 1 Cor. 10:13

      @fightlikeaboxer Před rokem

      A lot of us got told that 1 corin. 10:13 was about not bearing more then we can handle, but that’s not true. It’s about temptation in that one. ❤

      Ahhh I was just listening to Pastor Paul thinking "hold up, wait what about 1 Cor 10!" , but that's so true. This is about TEMPTATION. Thanks y'all for pointing it out!

    Pastor what is ur comment on suffering that comes from acts of witchcraft and generation curses in relations to the above teaching s, I have unlearned a lot through ur sermons

    This is off the point of this particular sermon. But, I have a question. Were the letters written by Paul the Apostle strictly for the Saved? They were to the Church, but did he intend and assume that those who read it and might hear it would be believers?

      I do have a good reason for asking. I'm saved I'm not here to argue, just to learn and understand.
