As a man who has had his battles with alcohol throughout a lifetime, I can say unequivocally that Katherine Gray’s book has been the major inspiration to think about alcohol consumption differently! Thank you Kat!

There is a lot of self interest there. But perhaps that’s how he copes with his addiction.

Someone didn’t do his research! Quite poor in my opinion that he didn’t know that.

Also noticed how impressed she was with his 2 year achievement but his enthusiasm was a bit played down when she mentioned 6 years.

I think he has come a long way and turned into a lovely person. I saw a magazine article on him once and did not think too much of him. He seemed arrogant and full of himself. Way to go Spencer! And who cares if he pushes his products. They seem interesting. Don't be so mean.

How can there be such a thing as "clean drinking" when there is any amount of alcohol involved since alcohol is a poison and a carcinogen? That's like saying a person is clean smoking because the cigarette has less nicotine or carcinogenic chemicals. lol

Embarrasing that Spencer seems to have done zero research on Catherine Gray and just plugs and plugs and plugs his low alcohol brand.

I just think Spencer is a narcissist and he cant tolerate feelings of shame or inadequacy. I want to like him as I like Vogue but i just cant feel it

He certainly comes off as a narc and he's incredibly arrogant...however... I think what he says about siberity particularly for those considered 'high functioning' is really interesting. The arrogance is clearly masking insecurity. I think though that his ideas about moving forward in siberity outside of the 'mainstream' programs and prescribed knowledge is really refreshing. He's found his own way in recovery which is interesting on an intellectual level
