Sometimes we need to do barre from home. I will do more so be sure to subscribe! Please always wear appropriate attire and clear the area. Don't kick anything it hurts. Don't slip and fall over, be aware of your traction in socks and the floor. Use ballet slippers! Do not try to turn on carpet!!! You will hurt yourself, you will. Do not do this. Do on flat. Never buy yourself pointe shoes without teacher permission. Please use common sense.

Very good Ballet class. I like the Standbein Wechsel (standing leg changing ?) in some exercises. The explanation are also very good.

Well, at least I get to see you on here. Miss you both very much, new Cactus is still alive, Haven't harmed it yet. Pretty good almost 5 months now. You are looking so good, i know you miss Teaching in Denver and your regular Ballet. But it will all be back to normal before we know it. God is in charge. Love You Bunches, Great Grandma Jean.
