I had the pleasure of visiting the Nxamaserie Island Lodge, which is situated on the stunning panhandle of the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To reach the lodge, I took a flight with Air Botswana into Maun before transferring to a light aircraft for a 50-minute journey to the lodge. I was lucky enough to be allocated room number 7, which boasted an open bath, private deck, and raised walkways - all of which I loved.
While strolling on the walkways, I even had the pleasure of spotting a water lizard, it freaked me out but loved the sighting. During my stay, I also enjoyed a boat cruise and a helicopter transfer to Tsodilo Hills, where I was treated to an incredible scenic flight over the meandering waterways of the Delta. On the return journey, we explored the dry arid landscapes of the Kalahari in a game drive vehicle. The knowledgeable guides were fantastic and never failed to surprise me with something new and exciting.
I highly recommend a stay at Nxamaserie Island Lodge - this hidden gem is truly one-of-a-kind. I cannot wait to return and experience more of what this incredible lodge and its surroundings have to offer.

how do they treat batswana guests?

they treat them like all their value clients, i was with some Chinese guests who we shared some dinner at one point all under same care and wonderful service i must say.@@giaunderwood8960
