They need to quit leading in penalties. Quit being soft in the trenches both sides, need to add some dog fight in the big dance, Dak needs to clear the hurdle to match his salary.

I could see Bell replacing Kearse as a full-time starter
The front 3 in the middle of that defense is a huge weakness. Also, a running game on offense would help the defense tremendously too. They cannot have a safety playing middle linebacker and expect to be able to stop the run. And they cannot be throwing the ball forty times a game, run the ball five times and have a time possession of 16 minutes, wearing down that defense.

Can’t be big changes when the defense is intact. We need a big body up front and maybe a linebacker. Other than that this defense has the tools to be top 5 again.

For some reason Quinn had him loose 20 + pounds!
Guess Quinn thougth he could make him a pass rusher more then run defender.
Under Quinn the defense on their right (offense's left) could not stop the run and to boot the tackling was ridiculous like they where not in shape. Dallas defenses in the old days were tough and in the last few years they had speed but again poor tackling. Need bigger and meaner Line Backers.

We weren't playing Bell out of necessity. DQ was playing Bell out of stupidity. We had a productive, 1st round, LB on the roster and he refused to play him.
Exactly that’s why no LB wanted to play for Dallas DQ got to full of himself. He refused to make adjustments to stop the run.

Who would even be available to warrant drafting three linebackers in a row? You can't really run three.linebackers on the field at the same time because you would end up with linebackers on wideouts in the passing game a lot. Most teams run 3 wideouts on the field so we just need to draft one and sign a veteran linebacker to coach the young guys up on the field. Build the right way.
Dallas needs tougher , stronger,meaner, playmaker,,these boys from 2023 are way to soft,most of them need to go,Get players that can win and want to win know,get rid of these bums.

@@bradleyneuville3074 i’m just saying there’ll be a lot of jerseys changing and obviously a new defensive coordinator. But you will see the same high penalty rate and the same undisciplined play because that is Dallas Cowboys CULTURE.
That doesn’t make sense. The coordinator has just as much impact as the players.
