The lid or the whole air box? If it’s the lid just make sure the tabs are in correctly on the hinge side and the clips holding it down are tight when you close them. The air box itself is fitted into rubber mounts for vibration and should move a little bit. But if it’s excessive, make sure you have lost any of the rubber mounts. They can get misplaced when changing the oil filter as the air box has to come out.
