I love how good you are telling stories about how you get your dolls. I don't know where my "child hood" collection ends and where my "adult" collection starts. I turned 18 last year which why I feel that way. Great video!

Nice video. I am from Canada too. It was cute hearing your stories from childhood. I got into AG dolls as an adult but I am creating memories with certain dolls. Some are very close to my heart. It’s wonderful that you have restored some of your dolls to give them new life. 😃
It is so true that those little items are in a vacuum bag in a dumpster somewhere. Poor little lost toys. :( This was wonderful. I loved all of the details. I feel like I just lived your childhood with you and it was really fun. I'm so impressed that you still have videos from back then and were able to include them. And I love that you just finished restoring Saige today. She looks lovely.

Great video! I'm Canadian as well and share the same 37 regret haha . I went for Kit, Caroline, or 37 in 2014 and ended up going home with Isabelle agh. Love Isabelle, but I had 37 right in my hands... but her eyes seemed a bit wonky at the time :(

I can totally relate flipping through the catalogs and also with unintentionally messing up their hair.😅 Nobody told me using a human brush was bad!!! I also loved good luck charlie tooo, I am thinking of naming one of my new dolls Teddy bc of that. I thought the aggressive side part you gave Saige was funny haha, it was so the thing back then. You are a great storyteller and have such a calming voice!💕

@@aliceindollland Omg. I did the exact same with my first girl!🤣 I hated her flip (#22) so I constantly brushed it out and eventually straightened it😭. Now I think the flip would be so cute to have back so I am thinking of switching out her wig someday.

I loved Saige as a kid, but I could only get historicals and could never get Saige when I was ten. I just got her in December, and she’s the first doll I got when I was recollecting. Sadly, I haven’t been able to connect with her as much as my other dolls, mainly cause I haven’t managed to get marks off her from being on mecari. I might have to try another acne treatment this summer since I did it in the winter.
I think the original kit wig is always a longer In front and shorter in the back
In kits book she has a older brother named Charlie

Kits hair looks White
It's a very pale blonde colour. I will admit it does look white in photos and videos though 😅
