Hi Flor, what could I say to a customer that is telling me that they wanna talk to an american citizen and we are stealing their jobs, they wanna speak to a real american and blah blah blah, off course in a polite way, thanks in advance.
Pls advise what needs to be done if nothing i can do with the customer concern especially when handling credit card acct customer become so.irate when the they charged interest after paying off their balance in the acct which the cuatomer does not understand even if u explain the scenario what had happened y theybare being assessed with interest .how am.i supposed to make them.understand my point
