There's a singular method I've found to alleviate the stress from my job, and that's through the act of cooking. On this occasion, I decided to experiment with lentils from a new brand that originates in Saudi Arabia. As I readied myself to cook, I took the opportunity to openly express my feelings about the challenging state of my job. I have to acknowledge that the day at work was quite demanding, but the silver lining was that the lentil dish I prepared turned out delicious and satisfying.
