  • Feed your cattle or your horses behind your pickup! Self loading bale cradle unloads and rolls bale out as you drive your pickup. Feed up to 100 heads of cattle at a time using only one bale of hay! No hydraulics or motors needed to load or unload the bale of hay.

    Think Goldey found some little furry thing in the bale🐭

    This only works for soft core bales which r becoming less popular. We bale ours at high density so you would never get that first bar through there!

    i think my skid steer is a little more easy... none the less great idea for smaller operations!

    Not everyone has an expensive loader tractor especially when your pasture is several miles from home or you’re renting Corn Stalks from grazing is it the best probably not but every operation is different especially for the smaller producer

    no thanks, that looks like it would only make winter feedin even harder especially if your feedlot is a mudpit after snow melts. i prefer to just use hay rings and put them around the roll.

      It doesnt hurt the cows to be in that weather Milo stocks corn stocks or haygrazer stock along with a little cake or protein they do great you dont know what your talking about.. i been doing a cow calf operation with a 150 head of Angus and HEREFORD for 25 years now . Cows go on grass in spring and summer and on stocks in winter. Calfs are pulled first of november and put on wheat and cows go on stocks with every other day protein feeding.end of November... works for me and prove it year after year..

    Feeding made easy? Haven't you ever heard of a round bale feeder..basically two semicirular gates that enclose the bale. Takes about 2 minutest to load. .
    There is going to be a lot of waste from this method when the cattle walk on hay or shite on it.

  • @SuperHerefords
    @SuperHerefords Před 9 lety

    Our bales are so tight you'd never push that rod through by hand. Then with about 30% loss of hay due cattle walking, peeing and pooping on it........

    I wouldn't call that easy... I would call that a lot of work for wasted hay. Time is money, that being said a skidloader and a bale feeder do the trick just fine.
