Let me explain short what actually happened .
Everithing was fine until we had very strong turbulence just 300km before Beijing , very bad weather conditions , the aircraft was literally dropping in altitude very fast , multiple times ,spreading fear and panic among passengers . We've had 2 failed landing attempts in Beijing then back up in the air for almost 3 hours with no explanation in English (only Chinese) , afterwards we had a 3rd failed attempt to land in a nearby Domestic airport ,then when we finally landed on that Domestic airport , we were stranded there for 4 hours with little to no explanation . Keep in mind that the Domestic airport does not have border control ,therefore we were not able to get off the aircraft . We've had NO air conditioning while waiting there , NO FOOD, but just a coconut biscuit pack of 4 pieces . Finally we were departing to Beijing ,already tired, scared and hungry.
Hi, thanks for sharing your video. Can you please advise what is your hand carry kg allowance? Are you allowed 1x personal item ie handbag + 1 hand carry (ie backpack)? Would appreciate hearing from you. Ta.

I'm not sure if I remember correctly but I think on Air China hand carry limit is 5kg and yes you are allowed to have a personal item , but other companies have 7 or even 10kg allowance for hand carry .
@@RoKaTravelVlogs thank you for replying, much appreciated. I read on the AC website that it is 5 kg for hand carry.
But my travel agent is saying it is 7 kg total for both the hand carry and personal item. I've never flown with AC before so I am confused by this. Usually, personal item isn't included in the weighing or am I wrong?
Anyways, based on your experience, you will never fly with them again?
I was planning on purchasing the exact same flight from London to Manila via Air China. I’ve seen mixed reviews, but thanks for sharing your experience. Sorry you experienced what you did.

With the delay, did you make your connecting flight?
@@boutwood Yes , fortunately they purposely delayed our connecting flight so we can catch it, but the disappointment when arriving in Manila afte all we have been trough, we also haven't got our luggage as it was left in Beijing .
