STUNNING Night Flights | Melbourne Airport Plane Spotting

Including - B737s, B747s, B777s, B787s, A330s, A350s & A380s!
The night rush at Melbourne Airport contains some of the best movements we have. YMML is a curfew free airport, meaning that there's no restrictions at night as to when aircraft can operate in and out and a lot of airlines use that to their advantage. The rush is in full swing from 6pm all the way through to 12am and contains most of our A380 services and some exclusive aircraft that cannot be seen during the day. After dark is also the prime time for freight operations and can attract up to 3 747 freighters throughout the night.
This compilation was filmed on a number of separate nights and ranges from 6pm to 12:30am. It also contains nearly all the night flights from a variety of different angles. The most notable aircraft featured in this film based on their exclusivity are Polar Air Cargo's weekly 747 service, Singapore Airlines' A380 service, Cathay Pacific's 777 service, Emirates' 777 nightly service and Fiji Airways' 737 service.
The rush will continue to expand in the coming years with Japan Airlines and Batik Air already planning night services and existing airlines considering some up gauges over the summer will keep things very interesting.
