There is a rechargeable battery inside. 14 hours on low . 3 hours on loud.

The up graded ones come with there own battery for portability and they can be linked because went to a co works house she Bluetooth paired three of them on in the living room one on the deck and one in her bed room shit was so loud I could not hear anything

600euro 1 Soundboks for this application it's more smart because military battery so no wire 30hours of music and more power 119db, of course the soundboks 2 is better but 800euro... (600euro for 2 GTK xb7 so same price)

Sorry to say Basketball Coach Allen but your review lacks a lot of sense. Firstly, you take your speakers out into the snow. Nowhere in the instructions does it suggest that they are waterproof.
Secondly, you expect us to believe they are working when you haven't even plugged them in to a power source never mind expecting us to believe that they are party chained without the RCA cables.
Com'on dude... lets keep the reviews real. They do really help people.
These speakers can be chained through the app (bluetooth). The speakers are not water proof but did work out in the snow. (probably not a good idea to use them in the snow)

lol... speakers were actually not playing... they were not plugged in, after recording I took them home and had them play in my back yard and recorded the audio at the same distance away as the cameras were in the recording and then over-layed the audio on the recorded video... So this way it wasn't a total lie for how they sound
