Synth riders has got a MR update. Great now I can punch and at least see before I hit the wal! 😀 It’s really well done in all seriousness. There’s also an aquarium demo that’s pretty cool too and a rpg game too. Can’t recall the name though.

Completely agree. Juat got Quest 3 and 1st Encounter blew my flipping mind! I agree that a/r will be what drives this in the future. Not sure about the vertigo because I have only done vr for like relaxation so far, no games, but I don't mind so far the looking around, even hanging above an infinite space.

I got a piano really just for piano vision and I am way better than I was a few days ago

You got a full sized piano or a keyboard? If so which one? I was thinking about a keyboard.
I started playing piano 1 year ago with no lessons. I was able to play one song just by memorizing it. Now With piano vision I’m improving my smoothness and it’s pretty Damm cool. A piano guitar hero, you cannot learn like if you got a teacher but you’ll be able to play the songs you like and improve your fingers mobility and a lot of stuff.
MiRacle Pool is crazy good, full size pool table in your living room
Track craft is by far and away the best mixed reality game for me its incredible ive spent hours and hours in it!!!!

Fps enhanced reality is a pretty neat little MR wave based survival shooter. Haven't heard many people talking about it and it is pretty early but it's really fun.
when I played it, it was the worst game I have ever played
@@mlgpresident5096 it really isnt bad. im pretty sure the dev is constantly updating it if im not mistaken. it takes a bit to understand but it really isnt bad at all. the mechanics are pretty fun especially for MR.

@@platinumsky845 ts mostly about the guns, when ur holding or aiming the guns its way off from where ur controllers are and doesnt feel realistic atall

Custom House Mapper is definitley another i'd recommend!. Even on Quest 2 it was already way ahead in the mixed reality game in my opinion.

I have vaulted ceilings in my living room. MR is cool... But the immersion is broken because the ceiling scan doesn't match my room. I do hope that someday they will support non-rectangular room shapes.
I like all of those Lego sets. I have many of the ones you have lol. I tear my sets down after a few months. Just modulars I keep built.

Why are the IRL hands 'behind' all the game objects in mixed reality games? Like in the Demeo, First Contact, and Yuki clips it's more noticeable. Does it break the immersion more or is it less noticeable when you're playing?
I am saving up to get the meta quest 3 and the strap and battery deal. Anyway I am looking forward to the mr and vr.

Do not get the official battery strap. There are more comfortable options for under half the price.

How do you do multi players games in MR. Are you in the same room? We have a quest 2 and quest 3 so it will be harder to do MR multiplayer with only one good MR device.
Its actually not so bad because the game part is all in colour on the quest 2 and 3 both, so the focus point is colourful but the passthrough part obviously black & white on the q2 and colour on the q3. Try it you will see its still fun, the pool game on side quest is great to try with also. Each device shares the location using a setting called 'colocation'.

Yeahh ok however, we need full blown Shadowverse! Pokemon Go, Beyblade ect.. I would expect those would be the first titles to work towards obviously?! o.0..

They are actually dropping an update that should address it this week 👍🏻 it does not seem to an issue for everyone but still really glad the fixed it
There is a really cool game called hauntify dont know if you played it at all also the other game called mixed reality wild animal escape bolth are highly recomended

Does these pass through missions only work on quest 3 or quest 2 aswell
Colour pass though is Quest 3 the Quest 2 does not look good and it black and white
@RhysDaKingVR I do know that quest 2 has no color pass through but when I tried smash drums the game actually said no even after pressing smash reality mode and put me into the normal game even though I made the room boundary for it pistol dosent have the mode neither does espire 2 I also can't play it on broken edge either I'm waiting for some to still update like esipre but they don't seem to work
@@hurtfulname2495 it needs the depth sensor that is on the Quest 3 to map the room so that modes like that work

i have zero interest in mixed reality so waiting till there is a sale to get this headset cheaper. tbh do not mind waiting a year as not alot of games tbh
The quest 3 lite probably won't work outdoors like the quest 3 does. No color cameras and no depth sensor. That's a deal breaker as I experienced blade and sorcery on a sunny day in a 30 foot guardian and I refuse to go back to indoor only VR.

I get sick with any game where the player is moving without moving in real life, , so mixed reality and teleporting is fine, (unless I teleport a lot over a short period)…
Did you really play BAM or just throw it in there to hit 10 because you had no gameplay of that and said nothing that isnt shown in the trailer…
Haha na I played it at the event showing the Quest 3 early with meta admins in my personal time but the trailer footage way just better

There’s no way I’d play mixed reality on this. The pass through is absolute dog. Sooo bad. Turn this video to 480p maybe even 360p
And I promise you that’s how bad it looks in real life. Even when I take a screenshot or video it looks 10000x better like in reviews. That’s dirty as hell. Meta is clearly doing something shady. Trust me you’ll be so disappointed. You wouldn’t wanna play games that’s a for sure. As for using it to quickly say talk to someone or if someone wants to show you something, sure. That’s it. Can you read phone messages? Only just. With a tun of holding it up down close far adjustment. Man I’m disappointed. And you will be too.
