I really, really love how even up to the very end, Jess is making faces at them and making them laugh so they aren't crying. I thought that was so sweet and beautiful, it made one of the very best exists. She really did love them all so much.

John Partridge's facial expression at 1:25 says a lot. Jessica was my favorite contestant and I was very sorry to see her go. That said, I do not think she was the best choice for Dorothy--although I think she would have done a great job. I 100% agree with the previous poster that she would be an absolutely amazing Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady. I'm so happy to know that she has had success in musical theatre in the five years since this show. You will always have a big fan in me Jessica. I wish you well.
What I love about Jess's farewell is how much she makes the others smile.... :) They can tell she's really going all out to put that cheekiness of character and warmth in it. On so many others, the girls are so upset but here they are all smiling with pride. Was obsessed with this snow when it was on... Have come back over it in lockdown.. Ha xx

Jess is amazing. I never saw her exit and so pleased I got to see it now. Her acting in the song was nothing of sadness but was spot on. Leading lady material all the way.

I think she improved loads through out the programme. I didn't think she was that good at first, but her voice is amazing I realised.

I never really liked Jessica much the first few weeks, but her performance of Over the Rainbow is just, so amazing, I mean really, the competition is too tough now and unfortunatly good people have to go.

@danutzpop tbh sophie isnt my favorite but you cant say shes ugly cause shes really not, and even if you think she is the competition is not about how they look, its about their talent and performance and she is very good, a close second to danielle for me

Aww was nt my favrite at first, but I fell in love with her after her Cabaret performance. She really is talented. wasn't right for Dorothy though. She will go on to do wonderful things. Well don Jess, you did the 'boro' proud.
@haybee19 Totaly agree, Jessica was Robbed. The best girl in the competition. I also have no interest in the rest of the show now. This girl is different from all the rest and that makes her stand out and capture an audience. Great performance of 'Over the rainbow' sad its her last on the show. Good luck to her, I am sure we will be seeing this fantastic performer again in the very near future in the west end.
I think ALW made a mistake not saving Jess, she one day be a BIG STAR on stage and in movies! You go Miss Jess!
jessica Robinson is my friend from college she did performing arts level 3 musical theatre i what her to win over the rainbow
I used to know Jess and she was completely full of herself. She always thought she was the best and better than everyone, i saw her in an audience for my school talent show and she didn't clap for anybody.

No offence to Danielle, but I think Jessica should've stayed. Jessica would've made a nice twist on Dorothy, while Danielle's the one who seems like a stereotypical Judy Garland. I think I would've liked to see Jessica as Dorothy more than Danielle.

@haybee19 Yes, I thought as soon as I saw her, she had that slight Minelli look. I think Andrew made a big mistake letting her go. However, I'm sure he will keep a close eye on her for future projects. After all, he stated himself she has flashes of world class performance. This girl will make it big! Gutted she is out of over the rainbow though. Good luck to her for the future.
