      East of the Rockies is prairie grassland. Very few trees.

      At $3.8M seems like a very reasonable price. That's a lot of property and a really nice home for that price. We have places with only a few acres and nice houses selling for that much here in SE Pa. If it were $5M then yes overpriced. Too unique of a property to make that statement.
