The actor who played him was going onto other actting roles . This my comment for remembering Goose. Saw Top Gun Maverick in the cinerma last year with my carer. Very good to watch and my carer got upset at the end and started to cry. She got her packet of tissues out of her handbag to dry her eyes. I bought her a coffee and a cake in a cafe near by. She said that was welcome. Then we phoned for a taxi to pick us up and take me back to my home afterwards . It was in the summertime and the weather was warm too. Busy in the traffic too.
