من الذ اطباق المكرونة الايطالي الفتتوشيني بصوص الالفريدو الكريمي و معاه مشروم و قطع دجاج رهيب بجد
one of my family's favourite dishes the fettuccini pasta with Alfredo sauce
المقادير:
مكرونة فيتوتشيني
٢ صدر دجاج
بصلة متوسطة مقطعة صغير
مشروم معلب أو فريش
ملعقة صغيرة ثوم مفروم
كوب و نصف كريمة طبخ
كوب و نصف حليب
ممكن نحتاج ملعقة دقيق لو الصوص خفيف
ملح و فلفل اسود
ingredients:
fettuccini
2 chicken breasts
chopped medium sized onion
canned or fresh mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
3 cups half and half
or 1 and half cup of cooking cream
and 1 and half cup of milk
you may need 1 tbsp of flour if your sauce is not heavy enough
salt and pepper
