🚿Contemporary Shower Renovation in Dulwich.

This is our next successful project which was completed early December 2023. The customer terminated the previous traders, as their work was found to be substandard. Therefore, we provided remedial work and restarted the installation, and the customer was delighted with the outcome.
⚡️⚡️⚡️ Main concern by our customer was: ⚡️⚡️⚡️
🔍 Tiles were installed onto marine plywood without any waterproofing. This is not good practice for the wet room area.
🔍 The layout of the tiles was poor and installed without any care or attention. Lack of precision and detail was evident, as tiles were shoddily cut and with chips and still used.
🔍 Furthermore, the existing cold-water pipe had been left under the floorboards and wasn't connected to the main pipe of the cylinder (looks like they omitted to connect.) The floor tiles had already been laid.
🔍 Unfortunately the first fix of plumbing was unprofessional in its finish, noticeably the towel rail pipes were on show. They also failed to sort out the waste pipe near the ceiling which led to an untidy box panel jutting out.
