Although you focus mainly on jets, if there is one turboprop aircraft that deserves a video, it's definitely the Piaggio P180 Avanti since it has near jet like performance and can compete with some of the planes in the light jet category. A very strange looking but cool plane!

I think you are quite wrong to question the desire for range. Think about what you are suggesting, that it's such a chore to sit in the plane for 4 hours as opposed to what? sitting in the same seat of a phenom 300..
If they could go 4000km it would of course be a huge boost in its appeal and they should of course go for max range within the same price. You don't buy a 5million dollar plane to only go 500km. You are saying that a 5million dollar jet in new york should know its place and only go to jersey instead of florida. You may want to revisit that view.
Looking at the specs I can find on the phenom 100, there is one spec that really stands out unless it's wrong. Its empty weight of 1469kg. That's half of a honda jet. That's phenomenal. Same as the Diamond DA-50 single engine piston prop.
You look a bit like Richard Gere.
The sound quality of the intro music is appalling, over modulating and distorting. Fix it.
