Assalamoalaikum sir. It’s a student talking here, still learning about Islam. Actually, since many days, a thing was disturbing me a lot in regard to Islam. There is a book called “The power of your subconscious mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy. This book is based on un tapping the astonishing powers present in our subconscious mind. References have been taken from Pslams and other Holy scriptures, not the Qur’an. Many solid evidences and practical examples have also been mentioned to convince the audience that utilising the subconscious mind can actually result in wonders and bring dreams/ambitions into effect/reality. I used some of the means/ways through which our desired outcomes can be attained as they appealed me a lot. However, I came to realise that although I seeked help from Allah(S.W.T), the procedures mentioned in the book made me think as if I was impurifying my belief in Tawhid. Therefore, the inquiry is that is this concept true/genuine that Allah has placed some power in our mind which can alter the course of events according to what we repeatedly say and think of. Please answer, as I am afraid that I might have been mislead. Jazak Allah khair.

I acceptes Islam few years ago. And I wish to share a valuable observation, we can heal our physical illnesses and pain through surrendering underlying unresolved emotions. To identify the root cause we have to scam first 7 years of life and events in past where there is no peace.
For example : If one has depression, it is addiction to grief. This is underlying weakness of the nafs, look for similar grief in childhood, seek forgiveness for not choosing peace , even though you had rooh and you could choose peace then, this makes the prayer more intense and surrendering easy.
Assigning a number to the distress and then surrendering through sajda allow quantum healing to appear again.
This healing frequency as a new nazar is capable of reversing all diseases. I have 50 + sessions and records along with studies of quantum physics to explain the namaz through the lens of quantum physics.
