Sounds like this is the same thing as being a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers, or the square foot of the North Pole ownership certificate that my grandmother bought me when in Alaska in 1984.
A scam. If you own a share, you should receive fair dividends after costs for upkeep, which a lot of horses owned by private owners do. Not saying every horse owner is in the black on claimer type horses, but this MyRaceHorse has horses that are STAKES PLACED, and are ABSOLUTELY making cash after costs. Whether I own 1 percent of a stakes placed horse that hits the board consistently, that should reflect in more than a few bucks, even after costs.
Unless youre rich, and have enough to throw it away, what good is being a part of the cliq that is race horse owning, or learned info from being an owner? Thats an absurd reason to get involved in my opinion.
All this seems like is a scam by the REAL owners, the 51 percent, to get free training, blacksmith, vets, walkers, etc.

I understand your perspective. It is really about what you are in it for. You are not going to make a Million but experience and knowledge is priceless. I think it is about the adventure and pursuit for knowledge. I have learned quite a bit at the OBS roll outs and talking with the Horsemen and players in attendance. I can never talk bad poorly about the opportunity that I had to walk Got Stormy into the winner's circle at Gulfstream during covid. The photo is something I will always have with me. One additional point, my ownership in Authentic has opened my eyes to the breeding side and the $60 bucks a year for 10-15 years not bad either. Name is escaping me now but I have an interest in a in foal so this horse will be sold in foal in the fall. Good to learn about.

Thank you for your question, Mike. My understanding is when they say comming soon, they have the deal all agreed to but are waiting for approval of the offering documents from the SEC. Once approved, the deal will be offered for sale. If you express interest, you will be sent an email and can decide to participate or not.

Is myracehorse a scam. I see alot of bad reviews on them. Is it worth investing in them, honestly??

Hi Dixie Belle, Thank you for your question. What do you want from your ownership? If you want the industry education, ownership experience, paddock visits, ownership breakfast, racetrack get togethers, winner's circle visit, etc....then this is your thing. If you are looking for a monetary windfall this is likely not the thing. In general horse racing ownership is not a very successful investment. My experience is that I am more successful in the wagering on the horses that I own with the information that I have regarding their readiness and fitness to run than I do explicitly from the ownership proceeds.
