    My rollers, one of which no longer spins, are built into the bottom edge of the frame.

    I am not able to remove it
    Not able to find sweet spot😅

      I've never had one I haven't been able to remove. Most of the time the thing that keeps the window from lifting is a piece in the top track, and I've see it where this comes loose and slides around with the window, essentially moving into that 'sweet spot' so you can't get the window out. If it's stuck above the sliding portion it may be difficult to move out of the way. If you've tried everything and still can't get the window out, it may be time, regrettably, to call in a window company. Good luck and thanks for watching.
