I have a Zhiyun gimbal and really like it. I see the manufacturers at NAB are all about ecosystems now - interesting.
BTW, the move away from the teleprompter was very good for you - you’re delivery was more you, without going off topic. I say that because 90% of us can’t stay on topic in these situations. 👍
Thanks, Cameron. I appreciate the feedback mate. I thought I would get better at the teleprompter, and sometimes I'd get away with it and other times it made me cringe, so I am ditching it except for when I need any long-winded technical information. :)
Love this light! I hope Zhiyun will make a fresnel or at least barn doors for their ZY mount.
Funny timing on this because I've been working on my first somewhat serious youtube video and my lighting is so bad that I can't do any recording at night because I need the sunlight coming through the windows. Seems like a cool light but too expensive for me.
If you're looking for something with similar features that's less expensive, give this a look - czcams.com/video/tDQN5iKzbGM/video.html - I ended up buying a set of them as main studio lights. These would be my recommendations for a good panel light that won't break the bank. These lights are great for fill or RGB/Effects modes but for a main light you'd want something larger unless its right next to you. :)
