    1. Encouragement and Belief in him.

Hi, Patrick, I think its good to think back and find the critical people in your life to bring you where you are now and acknowledge/respect where you came from. Only did basic education since my grammar sucked they told me to do something with your hands. I started in retail and 10 jobs later moved up to where I am today. thanks to a lot of people that were my mentor. I am not where you are. but I am happy to say that I am leading a development department in a big software company, and I still do not know if I reached my limits. Maybe I am but so far the journey has not ended.

Never despise small beginnings! My 1st sales job selling cars, at the sales desk, I would take of my glasses after asking for the sale because I was too nervous to look people in the eye. I am still close to that sales manager 20 years later and we're both in different industries. Would like to hear more videos about how successful people got there start in sales or in entrepreneurship.

I’ve been through some tough times since May 2019 and God has opened some pretty cool pathways. I lost my job in July, took a labor position as a ground guy for a tree service for 4 months, took a seasonal job and delivered pizzas when tree job slowed. The seasonal employer liked my resume and the way I interacted with team so they interviewed me for a B2B Account Exec. Position. Great company with phenomenal leadership and very unique and historical product! Huge potential for growth! Loving your videos for insight and confidence as I prepare for my training!

My story is not that interesting but I'll share it with you whether you want to know it or not, at the age of 3 my mom died from cancer, 10 years later my father passed unexpectedly when I was 13, I bounced around from house to house until my sister was able to get a job at Subway and that allow us to rent a very small apartment which we eventually whatever that from, we were actually evicted from three different apartments that we had, I dropped out of high school when I was 16 years old to get a full-time job so we stop being evicted, I worked odd jobs until the age of 22 when I got a part-time job at a funeral home at that part time job at a funeral home is where I met my mentor named Mario he has helped me to this day in different areas of my life, I always wanted to go into Healthcare ever since I was a teenager but never had the support to do it until one day I decided I was going to do it but first step was to get my GED, I got my GED ten years after dropping out of high school, attended college and received my associate's degree in respiratory therapy, I have been doing respiratory therapy now for the last 8 years and I am currently in the process of opening up my own DME Company which are should be open in about 4 to 5 months, so when you compare me to the greatest people out there I don't have that interesting of a story but I was once asked during a job interview tell me something interesting about you, and what I said was I am the first person in my family to drop out of high school but I am also the first person in my family with a college degree

Hmm interesting, exactly the same situation as I'm in right now. For how long have you done sales and what was the first thing you did after that?

I had 4 sales positions and got fired / or quit because I didn't like it. Fift position now and I'm the best in the company. You have to accept failure and let the pressure go. Its ok. You still can make it.
