13:28 the razón why is the china guys try the engine a million times. If we leave the engine alone and not look for speed what so ever engine will last years and years . The upgrade on the stock engine are good gasoline and good 2 cycle full sintétic no problem. We have guys here using same engine since we build them 2 years no problem .
