I own a DFAM which I've really struggled to warm up to. I know other people are able to create amazing stuff with it, which is why I bought it. I have to say, at first glance, the layout of this machine seems so much better, logical, and the pitch and velocity knobs aren't ridiculously small, and, IT COMES WITH MIDI. Bravo on this machine
Yeah, it's so much better than DFAM. Moog oscillators are quite unstable, even Boog takes like 20 min to warm up, I ended up not switching it off at all 😅
THANKS Behringer for all of your great products. Now Behringer needs to start Creating Rackmount Units, like reverb, delay, equalizers, compressors, gates, digital and analog synths with all instrument sounds including drums etc... We need all of that to be created asap because people are starting to go back to an All Analog Studio Setup.. Peace Fam.. K.N. 2023
And the neutron patch together with model D..? Have you tried It..? The Model D is the only Behringer synth with some modular connections.. like in and out of every LFO waves.. input modulation and the exit of the 3 OSC together. In and out of envelopes and input filter that you connecr to overdrive out of the neutron. And I leave space to your fantasy..⭐
Lovely, just lovely. Literally five minutes ago I ordered a few Raspberry Pis together with ADC, Audio DACs, MIDI interfaces and stuff and decided to build my own stuff, merely out of desperation. And now you state that the Edge is finally becoming available. Talk about timing...
This sounds powerful! I’m still waiting for a SB 1200! Or some other oldschool sampler. Or a keyboardsampler like an asr10. Sample all the behringer synths into it.
I have a TD-3, RD-6, and Crave. I want to add the TD-3 MO and Edge. All of those together would be glorious. Maybe toss my Wasp in there too. The Edge looks like a ton of fun. I want to see how the patch points play with the patch points on the crave.
What a cool piece of kit. Imagine how much more enjoyable the Behringer TD-3 would be with this many knobs on it to easily dial in groovey patterns on the fly. That would make it so much better to program and fun to play.
You don‘t have to image it because Moog built the originals to complete each other and there are a lot of videos of how you do that on the Moog channel.

@@darkpolution468 DINsync ≠ MIDI→CV And it *definitely* isn't a substitute for the CC/PC#'s available to a semi-modular with true MIDI I/O. I have been doing some calculations and I think if you moved the patch points to the right or left sides of the main controls, then you could make this fit into 3U and therefore also mount in any standard eurorack case. I'd definitely be interested in that version. Cheers
