Dear friends,I can hardly believe that we are already approaching the end of January. What I’m realizing is that time does not stop no matter how much we want it to. one of my intentions for this year was to try to always find moments of joy in each day. I know that sounds so corny hahaha but if 2020 has taught me anything, it has made me realize how important it is to focus on the good and to really count the blessings that we do have. tomorrows are never guaranteed, and so I’m writing this to you all as a reminder for you- and also for myself that a bad moment is a moment. Don’t allow it to take over your day :) studying and working towards your goals- equally important as your joy. the work will be there tomorrow. It is important to take space and time for yourself and with your loved ones because life is too short, and how you spare your energy is important.
As always, I am sending you my love and light wherever you are.

I think I found your channel somewhere in the beginning of december, and it's actually crazy how much my life has changed since then. This is will be pretty corny but I just have to thank you and let you know how much you help people. The past 3-ish years have been actual hell for me, I was very depressed and as a result of this my grades and everything related to school, working and studying suffered immensly. I completely forgot how to study and lost all confidence in myself and thought that I simply wasn't able to study or work anymore, I really felt like a lost cause. I could never focus or concentrate while studying and it was nearly impossible to get anything done. But then one of your study with me's popped up in my recommendations, and ever since then I have used your videos every time I study. They have helped so incredibly much, they make me feel so much less alone while studying and having them as backround noise really help me focus. I have gotten so much done since then, I have realized that I'm not actually stupid lmfao, and I've finally gotten back my ability to work. Thank you so much Angela, I really don't know where I'd be if I hadn't found you ❤️

If anyone is studying right before exams, I reccomend studying 2 hours (or however long u want to) and go to sleep right after studying, in the morning you will remember a lot more. Happened to me with my bio exam! Im doing this with chem right now! And also good luck to everyone studying I hopw u achive ur goals!!

I don’t know what it is, but there’s something about your videos that keep me coming back over and over again every time I study. I don’t know if it’s the calm ambience of your workspace, the fact that your face is in the video which makes it much more realistic, or just your little talks during breaks, but your videos have helped me so much.
