Mmm..i think Error can hurt and even "destroy" Ink well, make him be free, becuse the only reason ink could fight with Error also for his "experence" and habilities, is becuse he doesn't have a soul, and Error can't use his hability angist him, but with Ink with a soul, Error can control and use him like he did with Swap.
But as i know Nightmare has more souls, becuse he eat all the tree's apples, like 500 souls, but i can be wrong.
Certainly curious to see where this is going. I imagine CORE!Frisk has some choice words for Shattered, assuming they decide there's anything they can do.

No,because ink didn't have a soul that is why ink is corrupt and he would instead probably kill swap ,so swap would need to fight back
