Thank you that was very helpful! If it wasnt for you, I wouldn't have fixed my couch!

I was taught the 3rd method in my sewing class in high school (split home economics with cooking and sewing). I hadn't used it in awhile and your video helped refresh my memory. My grandma was a great seamstress but always used the first method. Thank you for the easy explanation!

Thank you! Isn't it amazing how it all comes back?

    Hi Daniela:
I’ve always used the third method. That’s how I was taught when I first started sewing. 💜😎🇺🇸

Same here! My mama taught me when I was about 9 or 10 years old. :)

First: thank you so much. Thumbs up. 2:16 is the one I needed to re- learn.
    Second, you are lovely!💓

I usually use 3rd method or do a quilters knot. Thank you Daniela💕

I think I use the third and most likely the first. You kinda lost me with the second one...but hey I can always rewatch since is subscribed. 😉

Thank you for this video, on the rare occasions that I use a knot, I use the third method.

My go-to knot is similar to the second one, but I hold the needle in my right hand, and use the pad of the finger on the same hand. Place the needle tip across the thread and wrap it. Harder to explain than to just show someone! :D
