Fabulous - simple... direct!
Love all those tools, wish I had.
Wow! What skill!
I use a drill press “Powered off” heat the metal I want punched a little to soften it up and press it down. Much easier than an uneven slam of a hammer.
Another good technique is using this to metal watch with an AC/DC adapter. Works perfect 👍🏻
Pretty slick!!!
I like the power drill with the belt grinder idea! Thanks for the video.
Nice
Peace and love from Liverpool England
Good job, l made one few Yr ago outa punch, some steels way to hard, so l near always use 12v 2.5amp salt water etching.
Show, pode puncionar na faca aquecida ?
When you are using your Flex shaft whats the disk bit you are using? Is it a separation disk? Thanks
I want to order different stamping logo for brass thali stamping, what I make you contact, I will order
Is spring steel the same as high carbon steel?
The steel sheets I'm looking to get says high carbon steel though it also says spring carbon steel.
👍👍👍
mujhe yese design ka alag alag stamp chayiye, kese milenge
My main concern on stamps, is how do you know if your design maybe close to someone else? Is there a place where the designs are recorded?
Not really, in fact there are logos that are pretty similar and also names! Like for example if you choose a pepper as a logo probably there will be hundreds of makers that choose the same 🤣 the best way is to choose something that you like but also represent you, so avoid any eagle or pepper or tree. Even abstract shapes are good, or even runes. I choose something that I'm sure nobody used, the nose of my dog
Would a dremel with a diamond bit work on the shaping of the design on the head?
Carbide burr bit ( inverted cone or round) could work on most steels.
Cuts steel like butter.
Center punch!
Cool
what the ange grinder you use from belt grinder?
Is an angle grinder from einhell, has a speed regulator, but you can use every angle grinder with a speed regulator
Good vid.I've done pretty much what you do here but can't get enough oomph behind it to get a clear image on completion as I need to use it hand held.
Actually i have the same problem, sometimes i just can't hold it right and end up with half logo stamped. One way to solve this problem is to use a vise grip to hold it, but the best way is to make an holder
You make this the hard way as it's too dark in that workshop
Very cool but WAY over 10 minutes for annealing alone.
Funny this was not the video I intended to comment on. However Yes sound is very important. Take the Pepsi Challange with your favorite movie with no sound, sheit sound, and great sound, let me know what you prefer? BTW I envy your shop.
MAKE TOCIC WASTE ONE
we all know it took a lot longer than ten minutes to make that stamp
Where can I just buy one as I don’t have $20k for the tools to make one?
looks a bit like the discord logo xD
FILES ONLY CUT IN ONE DIRECTION
10 mins my ass!
some good ideas here but you might want to learn how to edit your videos. 7 minutes could have been condensed to about 1 1/2
if I wanted to read id go buy a book
@@Gabrulo_knifemaking Absolutely, the key to good video is great sound. It's like buying a Lambo and not getting the tires. Don't be cheap. Get a Zoom or Tascam or at least a better mic. The fact that you doubt this explains a lot. Just trying to help. Good Luck, my friend.
Nice work sir! I might have to try that soon.
