You can give educational/ Academic References, If you recently graduated, like professors who can speak to your qualifications.
Or can select refernce person and give Self-Declaration that you are currently seeking employment and, as a result, do not have specific professional references at this moment.

If you have already submitted it and QR code has been generated then it must have been submitted to them. So its not good to fill and submit again.

If you want to submit then click on "further" not on "save on computer"
If you have saved it in computer, it will reopen as a webpage again with all filled details, So dont worry.
Once you click on "further" then pdf file will be generated with qr code. download it and take printout and submit it during your appointment with other documents.

Yes that's correct, it will be saved in json format so if you want to open it again you can and submit it later. (save doesn't mean application form is submitted)
But once you submit the form then there is option to save in pdf and in the end of form you will see the qr code.

if its not on your legal documents and not even passport then please fill "Not Applicable" or short form "NA"

Once you submit form then you can save the pdf and qr code will be shown in the end of form (pdf file)

If you dont have then "no" marked is fine. In my case (in thailand) they asked me to show insurance when visa was approved. So in form i filled no because while applying application I didn't have
I am not sure from which country are you applying and what are the rules to show insurance while applying or after approval. But that's not a big problem you can mentioned them during appointment.
