  • This exercise is to help improve balance stability and coordination by standing on a cushion or pillow with eyes open and close as well as holding or not holding onto a support. It is useful when rehabilitating ankle injuries and cruciate ligaments. Care must be taken to avoid a fall onto a dangerous object. Seek advice before attempting this exercise.
    These exercises are designed to help patients address musculoskeletal health problems. The exercises should facilitate in the rehabilitation following treatments such as Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Orthopaedic procedures and for post-operative recovery.
    The exercises are divided into two categories. Those that strengthen the affected joints or muscles and those that help to stretch or mobilise joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. We also have exercises that help to address posture, balance, and coordination.
