I’ve added in colouring in the evenings. I’ve got 3 kids 4 and under and it gives me the ability where I can fully zone out & just vibe. I’m also incorporating more movement into my weeks. And less inflammatory foods but more healing foods + herbs!

My baby is 8 months old and I feel you! It’s full on/ constant! I love it so much but also feels easy to forget who I am/ identify crisis. Especially cuz I’m at home with him

Don't feel bad about messing up your film photos. My grandma was notoriously bad at taking photos, having her thumb in the photo, unintentional tilt, blur, etc. Her photos weren't perfect but she still captured fun times and we treasure them long after she's gone. Hobbies always takes practice, and it's the thought that counts!
