This video breaks down the math on the most effective way to level up and gain free packs in Apex Legends and might also change the way you approach the drop, mid and late game!
Absolutely right Xfactor, this video hits right on the nail of Apex Legends. I've literally had this conversation with other players and had to explain its a looter-shooter. Glad to see more of your content.
Glad to see ya back on the channel! Good to know that simply surviving gives you a big boost in XP. Gotta learn to dip out of battles when the heat’s up.
Helped tremendously in reminding me not fully engage and back up time to time. I have a tendency to go ham full auto non-stop instead maybe assessing the situation first then engage at a better position.
Thanks Xfactor, great vid and advice! The other thing players need to do is ping it to sing it... So many players don't ping where they're heading during the game (or even the drop) or loot they don't want/could be useful to team members - there's a lot of lone wolves out there! On saying that I've experienced lots of generosity too when it comes to weapon sharing at respawn 😊 Love your vids, thanks!
I hate that randoms always want to drop in blue-zone or supply-ship. 99% of the time they cant handle it and die and quit. It's: join a match-> chose a legend-> drop->die-> repeat. Basically a wast of playtime. Very frustrating ! I think the game would be much more fun if half of the enemys (and my squad^^) wouldn't die in the first 30 secs. Smart squads land outside populated areas get some loot and return to hot-zones to finish off the weakened remaining squads.
True that's what happens to me too, at least be good if u are dropping in hot areas every time. Want to play? I'm grinding xp for the battle pass. Add me on origin my ign is TTV_RealTFB
Crazy you have to point this out to people, it should be common sense, however I play FPS games super aggressively myself and this is an excellent reminder that going HAM isn't always the best option because that's usually where you get pinched with no time or cover to med up and keep fighting.
thank you thank you thank you X i dont know why every time i play with random players the jump at start or to the hot zone so frustrating this game about Survival and team work and By the way i am level 72 by my self playing most of the time
@@qsm__redpanda7637 I was referring to how Xfactor is dam near the only youtubber to run support class in battlefield and heavy shit in general. Everyone else ran the levelcap loadout: heavy barrel, angled grip, acog scope with engineer. I miss the ol squad up days :(
Duh...what else did you expect? Currently that's the best way to level up since day 1, survive as long as possible in a match as it yields the most xp.
He broke down that you're going to level up a lot faster by surviving longer instead of just hot dropping to get action and kills. Even if you get a lot of kills, your odds of the kills outweighing your survival time in terms of XP are not good. So just play smart and try to place as high as you can in the match. How is that not a valuable tip if you're actually trying to level up for cosmetics?
Ehhh idk I guess if you care about the free cosmetics and free loot, just surviving is a good tactic....but you also miss out on actually "playing the game" Utilizing the mechanics, the mobility, the abilities, the regen mats, the gun mechanics. Dropping hot frequently will make you a better player, and if you end up winning that major fight..myou can pretty much carry that momentum into the win
@@rivaLxfactor I should rephrase that, I dont mean the actual hotzone, im referring to the more populated portions of the maps. Ie. Skulltown, market, artillery battery etc. I do believe getting into more early game gun fights where you dont have a fully purpled out kit will make you a better player when it comes to late game, especially when it comes to raw mechanics
XfactorGaming I love your videos and respect your opinions, but that’s probably the fastest way to get good, especially if you don’t get tilted easily. For the people who get tilted easily, then don’t, but if you are patient that’s how you get good. Increases adaptability and game sense by throwing yourself off the deep end. Obviously if your literally a potato who’s never played an FPS that’s not gonna work but if you have the bare minimum of skill it should. That’s how I’ve got good at pretty much every single game I played. Throw myself off into the deep end until I understand the game and get good.
Stalker typical EA, after a certain level you get a pack every 2 levels, then 3, then 5. I think it’s around level 30 or 40 you start getting them every 5 levels
These bunker/ dropship drop players are mindlessly idiotic. Yea, lets drop in spots where the least loot is available so we can't kit out the whole party and every other team of idiots wants to drop there just to die before finding a gun too. Fucking moths to a flame. God forbid we drop on a high loot (both in quantity and quality) area on the exterior of the map, like Water Treatment, loot it slowly and methodically, and move inland from there. Added bonus, since you're on the edge of the map, it's less likely that enemies are going to rotate into you for the surprise buttsecks. Nope, and these players no only prefer crappy landing zones but if you're drop lead and won't go where they want, they'll break off and go land at bunker to die alone, leaving you with a 2-man squad. Unless I'm playing with friends I really don't even like squad play. I look forward to a solo mode for this game.
How many hours have you played though? If more than 170 hours, you are only donating 1$ for every hour of entertainment you have played, which is pretty cheap for entertainment when you end up paying 5-10$ per hour going to a movie or similar.
lol why would you spend 3 times the price of a normal game on a free game? You're exactly the type of idiot that is responsible for the industry ripping off people over microtransactions & pay-to-win & bullshit like that.

I once had a teammate who wanted to land in a hot spot but we didn't so he left the match
Hot spot is fun if u find a damn gun
I thought that the max level was 100
Max level for lootboxes I think, pretty sure you can go more levels though ( no reward though )
Raitrú 100 is the max lvl, but the game will still track your lvls after you hit 100 because you still earn xp and legend tokens
There is reward. You get the hero/skins reward points still.
Level 101 actually ;)
