I appreciate your knowledge.Last few months I had these problems in my 2 door fridge still to be resolved .When problem piped up I called a local technician to look at it.He opened and see lot frozen ice behind the freezer compartment.By his knowledge he asked me to defrost it by pouring hot water.In the mean time he went out and buy theomostat and timer,changed it.Few days passed my,no effect resulted, I called again.This time he assumed bimetal may the culprit and changed a new one.After changing also no effect.In the mean time I saw all your videos and gained some knowledge on fridge function.
When problem not solved I raised a ticket with the manufacturer.This time 1st technician suggested didn't help,second one asked me to left open the fridge for a day brought the cooling to freezer but not the refrigerator.As this fridge has been with us past 17 years,local technician could not identify why the refrigerator is not getting cold.Let me try your suggestion and see.Thanks
