I loved Piranesi. I read it in one go as well. We never had Christmas markets here but the last couple of years they have been floating over from Germany. But only like in bigger cities. Not on every street corner like in Germany 😂

One day we are in the 80 degree weather and the next it's snowing! I'm originally from Maine, (Below where Anne of Green Gables takes place on Prince Edward Island) we would have lots of snow when I was little but as I got older it almost seemed that we wouldn't get much snow until January. I remember always crossing my fingers for a White Christmas. I still do here buuuut that is much less likely!!
The market looks amazing. I would love to visit Poland at Christmas time and purchase some of the beautiful blue Polish pottery. The cookies looked yummy. We have a small Chris Kringle market in Kitchener Ontario, Canada. It is only on for 4 days. We do have many Christmas craft fairs on weekends in the months of November and December. Love your video. Hi there Martyna Such a lovely little snippet of your city. I am Western Australia and our Christmas is usually quite warm, although we haven't had many hot days this year which is really unusual. I find the wintery Christmas really whimsical, which is probably why Christmas in July is a popular time here in Aussie to put on a cosy Christmas spread. I also run a market stall so market days are busy heading into the holidays and those days can be hot so usually they are only open in the mornings. 💞🎄🫖
I live in south Texas where it has been about 50 degrees Fahrenheit (cold for us but warm for other places) and drizzly for the last couple of weeks. There is a market near us that happens one Saturday a month from April through December. We went there Saturday and bought a couple of cute ornaments but it was chilly and windy so we didn’t stay very long. Merry Christmas everyone!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful vlog! I enjoyed it! I relate not liking big crowds and instead enjoying more intimate smaller gatherings where you can enjoy everything peacefully. My family and I discovered over 5 years ago that most of our illnesses were connected hugely with food allergies. My grandkids are discovering this as of now. I can say my oldest daughter, who just had a baby recently, has been the bravest of us all in trying different diets to help with all kinds of health issues and she has been able to find the triggers with elimination process. I however, just thinking I may have to give up coffee is where I draw the line. LOL
I so enjoy watching you make master boards. I do want to try it some time. We have a nice winter carnival downtown each yr. I do not like to cook but have to 🤪. Thats one thing I wish I would enjoy but don't.
We have a Christmas Market very similar to this near where we live, and we visited it today . It was very cold here in the UK today, but no snow. Unfortunately the items for sale in the market were all so expensive! The food prices were really ridiculously prices, so we went for a Subway instead! It was my birthday, so it was nice to visit the market and look at all the beautiful things for sale, I just wish we could have afforded to buy so many things. Maybe my husband will win the lottery next week, fingers crossed. Can I also say how gorgeous you and your fiance are, he's so good looking, and you look really good together.
