Garlands trade value is probably a second round pick and a bench player.

My 2 big takeaways...were #1 Cavs can't offer DM a contract until after july1...WRONG KOBY...Cavs are allowed to talk with DM about a extension as soon as the NBA finals are done! = June 23rd at the latest! #2 when he said that we don't have to have a coach by the draft = Are you kidding Koby....That's a month away...you will know by the draft if DM is going to sign and you want a coach on board to talk to DM plus if DM doesn't give you a firm commitment then trade him!
I agree with kobe. No wholesale changes needed. People forget the stretch they won 17 out of 18 games and, in my opinion, were the best team in the NBA. They were beating the best teams and holding them to under a hundred points without DG. When Garland returned, J b stuck him in the lineup and he played his thirty three minutes or so and the cavs returned to mediocrity. JB could have made adjustments but he didn't. It seems like j b is the only person that couldn't see that DG was a a hindrance.

Unfortunately, I think Garland needs traded, but I agree on keeping Mitchell, Mobley, and Allen. LeBron and Mitchell will be better than Garland and Mitchell.

Yall are so out of pocket. 4th in the east (shouldve been 3rd if Gilbert didnt make them lose to the Hornets) beat the Magic (very underrated team) and played very competitive against the celtics in the second round. Cavs are playing for ping pong balls like you all are acting like. Yes, i want at least one big trade to get a wing, but i could at least understand why they wouldnt. Plus, Altman HAS to say that stuff!

Folks don’t think about the “politics” behind trades and coaching hires. Dan fired David Griffin in an ugly fashion so what makes anyone think that as the head of The Pelicans he’s going to do Dan a favor by trading Brandon Ingram? When was the last time the Cavs and Pelicans ever made a trade since Griffin took over? Dan can’t stand the owner of the Suns and vice versa so why would any “fan” have hopes of future trades with the SUNS?
