I was thiking about moving to Andorra but it’s not in eu and you can’t have dual citizenship so that’s a bad start but will definitely consider it for travel

This was really helpful as we’re planning to move to Andorra 🇦🇩 but it’s hard to find information in English on the Internet.
Moving to Andorra is not easy. You can work there, but not own property, or own property, but not work. Andorrans do not really allow immigration. So, basically, if you are rich enough you could become a resident, but to work there you would probably only be able to get a temporary job in tourism.

Andorra is actually not part of the EU, and it's also not part of the Schengen Zone. Therefore, there is a passport control on both the French and Spanish borders.

What kind of vise need to go france to visit Andorra
They've never been in a war and every father is required to own a gun for militia purposes. Seems like heaven to me.
Is English as little useful as in France and Spain. ?? The country looks nice.
I would say knowing Spanish works better but people who works in tourism, speak English
Official language is Catalan, but everyone speaks French and Spanish also. In the shops and hotels, virtually everyone also speaks English. The Northern part of Andorra ie. Pas de La Casa is very French with a lot of French tourists and to the South it is a little more Spanish, as you would expect. I know very little Catalan, but speak reasonable French and Spanish, but to be honest you will manage quite easily if you only have English. Andorrans are generally very helpful and easy going, especially as tourism is the major source of income.

Well actually, Andorra does have three or maybe 5 different banks
The capital is called Andorra La Vella,
Of course Andorra has banks, but it doesn't have own central bank which makes its own notes

buses from/to Barcelona and Toulouse in a daily basis? I have trouble finding a site with some decent routes.
Yes, there are buses running from both cities, but I didn't take a bus and I can't help you where you can take them . I saw people coming by bus to Andorra
Buses usually leave daily at 12.00 from the main Toulouse bus station. it takes just over 4 hours to get to the capital Andorra La Vella, and you will pass through the resorts of Pas de la casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El tarter and Encamp on the way. if you are staying in any of those places, I expect the driver would let you get off.
Barcelona to Andorra has more bus departures each day and it takes about 3 hours and is cheaper too.
