In this video, we are showing you what is included in the box of a Zodiac G3 Pro. This cleaner is not to be confused with a Zodiac G3 Original. The G3 Pro is a "Trade Grade" suction cleaner and can only be purchased from a brick-and-mortar store! Remember, the G3 Pro comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty and an extra long-life diaphragm included in the box!

We have oak trees close to our screen enclosure and as a result we have lots of sediment in the pool from them I have to say we are extremely pleased with our unit. It has been moving along the pool without a problem.
Would have been helpful if you showed what attached to what. The included instructions are horrendous.
I complained to Zodiac about having to rely on a CZcamsr to operate. No reply yet.

You didn’t exactly explain how the flow gauge meter thing works or how to use it. I know I put it into the last hose before the cleaner but it is not fitting into the cleaner
Hello, the flow gauge was designed to help you program or adjust the flow of water that comes from your pool's suction line to the suction side cleaner allowing it to perform at its maximum capabilities. There is a spring that runs up the middle and has a Yellow tag on the end. When adjusting the flow of water, you want the Red tag on the bottom to be sitting at 3. This means it is set at the desired flow required for the cleaner to operate correctly. If the gauge is at a 5 then the flow is too high, if it is sitting at a 1 then the flow is too low. You may have to make a few adjustments to the suction line which is controlled by a valve located near your pool equipment in order to correct this issue. It is not meant to attach to the cleaner. Price difference from the regular G3? Only difference is extra diaphragm and 2 year warranty. Was hoping hoses would be better and longer lasting. Hose cuff doesn't always work. They need a better way to connect to skimmer basket. I had to rig up pvc pipe to get a baracuda to work. They also need to include a spring piece to keep it from popping off when pump turns off. I've owned baracuda for 25 years, but they never really improve it .

Does the gage stay in the hose??
Hello,
The Gauge or flow meter is used to determine if the cleaner has aduate flow. With that being said, you'll want to only use the gauge to ensure you're operating within the desired parameters before removing the flow meter or gauge before regular operation. Hope this helps!

Why is the warranty two years on the Pro ? What is the difference between the the two.
Hi there, the difference is that the G3 pro is the trade grade model. Meaning it cannot be bought or sold online, it is restricted to a brick and mortar sale at a local store. All Warranties will be voided if bought or sold online. Hope this helps!
The white part that goes with the flow gage doesn't fit in my back hole. Do I need it.

I have the same problem. Fitting is to big that came with the unit. Have to buy it separately

Hello, yes they do still make the cleaner however it can not be purchased online or shipped as it will void the warranty. You should be able to find it at a local pool store in your area and if they don't have it they should have the ability to order it for you. Hope this helps!

Read the instruction manual? It doesn’t have any instructions in it! Just pictures of things and doesn’t say how to connect them or what they’re for. This video helps far more than that worthless instruction manual. The strange thing as some of the other products do have a good instruction manuals so you know they’re capable of putting one together, they just must be too lazy to do it for this product.

The flow keeper doesn’t fit
the flowkeeper for the G3 is meant to go on the end of the hose to test flow, then be removed when you install the cleaner. they are not meant to stay on the hose permanently. if you ordered the FRV100, MX8 part, that will not work for this cleaner
@@ePoolSupply That confused me too when I bought my G3. Other videos show the flow keeper attaching and I was confused for some time on why mine wouldn't.
